A: $300.Q: Can we rent it at night?
A: Yes, with notice. Night rental starts at sunset, plus 5 hours. Night rental is $500.Q: Is there a cleaning fee?
A: If you use the facilities responsibly and considerately, we clean up after you at no additional charge. Excessive cleaning or repairs will be deducted from your deposit.Q: What is the deposit?
A: $250.00.Q: Where is the restroom/shower?
A: Indoors in the pictured estate residence. Instructions will be provided on site.Q: Are there any hot tub/swim spa restrictions?
A: No make up. No lotions or oils. Shower at home prior to arrival. Shower prior to entry if you've applied any lotions or oils. No other liquids you wouldn't want in your own bath water.Q: Can we drink?
A: You can drink responsibly. We do not police guest behavior. Guests are responsible for their own actions and behaviors.Q: Can we smoke?
A: You can smoke responsibly. We do not police guest behavior. Guests are responsible for their own actions and behaviors. There is no smoking inside and fabrics which have been exposed to smoking are not allowed indoors.Q: What interior portion of the estate house is available to us?
A: Only the restroom and shower--in and out.Q: Is there refrigeration available?
A: We can provide a very large Yeti with ice if needed.Q: Is there a bed, cooking facilities or outdoor shower available?
A: There is a formal fire pit area. We can provide an outdoor shower, kitchen, refrigeration, and a queen bed via a custom luxury camper if desired. There is an additional $300 fee for this service.Q: Is there a masseuse available?
A: Yes. Our masseuse is currently male. The massage is free. Equipment rental for the massage is $75 per hour. Weather permitting, the massage takes place outdoors in full view of the party. Because the venue is private, and the massage is uncompensated, draping is not required. Clothing for the massage is optional.Q: Is there a yoga instructor available?
A: Yes. With adequate notice, when can arrange a yoga instructor for you. There is an additional $75.00 fee for a one hour yoga session. Clothing for the yoga session is optional.Q: Is anyone at home during our rental?
A: Our caretaker is on site for your safety and security. You will see him. He will see you. That should in no way inhibit you or your guests. He's like minded, minds his own business, and has a very short memory. He's also signed a non-disclosure agreement. He will not interact with you unless needed, and then only for your safety and security or to protect the estate's assets.Q: Are there any cameras?
A: The estate has cameras. No cameras can see the area available to our guests.Q: Are there emergency services on site?
A: No. 911 response is around 30 minutes. All guests sign a liability waiver upon arrival.Q: What if there's inclement weather?
A: If rain or lightning renders your visit unsafe, we'll return your deposit.Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.Q: Is there an age limit for guests?
A: No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property.Q: Where are you located?
