A completely private urban studio offering uninhibited indoor and outdoor yoga for individuals and small groups. We also offer day passes for the estate grounds to enjoy nature however you please.Located on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Nashville, Tennessee.

A: If you use the facilities responsibly and considerately, we clean up after you at no additional charge. Excessive cleaning or repairs will be billed to you.Q: Where is the restroom/shower?
A: Indoors. There is also an outdoor shower.Q: Can we drink?
A: You can drink responsibly. We do not police guest behavior. Guests are responsible for their own actions and behaviors.Q: Can we smoke?
A: You can smoke responsibly. We do not police guest behavior. Guests are responsible for their own actions and behaviors. There is no smoking inside and fabrics which have been exposed to smoking are not allowed indoors.Q: What outdoor activities are permitted?
A: "Read the room." We do not police guest behavior. Guests are responsible for their own actions and behaviors. You are expected to respect the boundaries of those present. When in doubt, ask, or take a conservative approach.Q: What interior portion of the estate house is available to us?
A: Restroom, shower, sitting area, kitchen. Please sit on a towel or clothing indoors.Q: Is there refrigeration available?
A: Yes.Q: Is there a bed, cooking facilities or outdoor shower available?
A: There is a formal fire pit area, a grill, and an outdoor shower.Q: Is there a masseuse available?
A: Yes. Our masseuse is currently male. The massage is free. Equipment rental for the massage is $75 per hour. Weather permitting, the massage takes place outdoors in full view of the party. Because the venue is private, and the massage is uncompensated, draping is not required. Clothing for the massage is optional.Q: Is there a yoga instructor available?
A: Yes. With adequate notice, when can arrange a yoga instructor. Fees are paid directly to the yoga instructor and vary based on their own cost structure. Clothing for the yoga session is optional.Q: Is anyone at home during our visit?
A: Our caretaker is on site for your safety and security. You will see him. He will see you. That should in no way inhibit you or your guests. He's like minded, minds his own business, and has a very short memory. He's also signed a non-disclosure agreement. He will not interact with you unless needed, and then only for your safety and security or to protect the estate's assets.Q: Are there any cameras?
A: The estate has cameras. No cameras can see the area available to our guests.Q: Are there emergency services on site?
A: No. 911 response is around 30 minutes. All guests sign a liability waiver upon arrival.Q: What if there's inclement weather?
A: If rain or lightning renders your visit unsafe, we'll provide a voucher for a future date.Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit their fee.Q: Is there an age limit for guests?
A: No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property.Q: Where are you located?
